I started this a few years ago with a group of people because Rancho Del Mar and Safeway were going to build a two story parking garage that would go up 40 feet from where KFC was. They didn't do it so we didn't need to do anything further. Thank you.

Aptos residents are invited to come learn more about the future of Rancho Del Mar. Owner Terramar will hold a public meeting next week to update the community on their plans for the center, which include facade improvements and other changes. Terramar will be sharing their design plans and asking for community feedback. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Terramar held a prior public meeting last April, following its acquisition of the site from a subsidiary of Safeway. Terramar has indicated has no plans to follow through on a rebuild of the site initially proposed by the previous owner. Please join us to learn more about the future of the site!
