CNOA-Survivor's Memorial Fund

CNOA-Survivor's Memorial Fund CNOA-SMF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides immediate financial support & assistance to families of California officers killed in the line of duty.

The California Narcotic Officers' Association (CNOA) is dedicated to providing high quality training to the law enforcement professionals who are our first line of defense against the proliferation of illegal drugs in our state. Founded in 1964, CNOA is the largest non-profit training association in California with nearly 7,000 members at local, state and federal agencies. The Survivors' Memorial

Fund was established in 1990 to provide immediate financial assistance to the families of all California law enforcement officers who paid the ultimate price by giving their lives in the line of duty. Since its inception, the Fund has assisted more than 178 families in their time of need. To date we've made 178 disbursements totaling nearly $445,000 ... and unfortunately climbing. The Survivors’ Memorial Fund Golf Tournament is the primary financial source for the memorial fund. Without the success of this annual event the Survivors’ Memorial Fund would not be able to continue providing the level of financial support to the families of our fallen officers. Without corporate sponsorships and donations, the fund would cease to exist, and these families will be forced to suffer the economic hardships during the most crucial days following the loss of their law enforcement loved one. The Survivors' Memorial Fund Golf Committee is dedicated to presenting a memorable and exciting day of golf while raising the necessary funds to help the families of fallen officers. The CNOA-SMF is a charitable organization, tax exempt under 501c(3) of the internal Revenue code. Tax ID # 95-4462989

Tragically, each and every year, in the State of California, ten to twenty law enforcement officers lose their lives in the line of duty. The California Narcotic Officer's Association has established a "Survivors Memorial Fund" to help subsidize the immediate expenses of the families of these fallen officers.

Our total disbursements in 2022 are $30,000, with 283 total disbursements to date totaling $899,000.

Your donation will help to support these families in their time of need.
