A huge thank you to the incredible kids and families of Valencia United Methodist Church Kid Zone for putting together such thoughtful donation bags for the children and families staying at Bridge to Home. From stuffed animals and blankets to pajamas and socks, every item was chosen with love and compassion.

It’s moments like these that remind us how powerful community can be, especially when young hearts step up to make a difference. 🧸✨

What an incredible day of impact at Bridge to Home! 💚

A huge thank you to the amazing team from SetPoint Medical for bringing nearly 90 staff volunteers on-site to serve alongside us and help care for our shelter campus. From staining and sealing fencing to rolling up sleeves in the Santa Clarita sunshine, your team showed what community partnership truly looks like.

Beyond the projects completed, your presence brought encouragement, energy, and hope to our staff, residents, and families. It was inspiring to watch so many people come together with one shared purpose: making a difference for our neighbors experiencing homelessness.

Bridge to Home is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing shelter, compassionate support services, and pathways to permanent, affordable housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in the Santa Clarita Valley. For more than 29 years, Bridge to Home has walked alongside our neighbors in need, helping them build stability through shelter, meals, case management, housing navigation, and employment support. Together, we are strengthening our community and creating real opportunities for stability and independence.

This Mother’s Day, we’re honoring the women who inspire service, strength, and compassion across generations. 💚

Bridge to Home Board President Dr. Cherise Moore shared that her mother’s example as a civil rights activist and servant leader shaped her lifelong commitment to helping others. This special family photo from her mother’s 80th birthday celebration beautifully reflects the legacy of love, leadership, and service at the center of their family.
