⚡ Happy National Intern Day! ⚡

Today we're celebrating the talented group of interns spending their summer with us in our Customer Engagement, Compliance, GIS, IT, and Engineering groups.

They've jumped into meaningful projects, asked thoughtful questions, brought fresh perspectives, and most importantly, great energy. (Pun intended. ⚡)

Along the way, they've also had opportunities to experience public power firsthand, including field trips to Silicon Valley Power's Donald Von Raesfeld (DVR) Power Plant and the Northern California Power Agency's Lodi Energy Center, where they gained a deeper understanding of how reliable electricity is generated and delivered to our community.

When we asked one intern how the experience has been so far, the response was simple:

"Looking for full-time work."

We'll take that as a compliment. It's been a pleasure having this talented group on our team, and we're grateful for the enthusiasm, curiosity, and hard work they've brought to SVP this summer.
