Located in a charming neighborhood and surrounded by single-family homes, this property is made up of four classic two-bedroom apartments. The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara meticulously restored this property giving respect to its architectural heritage and history. This craftsman-style building became one of our most treasured properties when HACSB purchased and restored it, reversing years of neglect.

Our Adopt-A-Home Campaign is seeking support and donations to help furnish thirty-one newly renovated studios for chronically homeless or formerly homeless individuals in our community.

This initiative helps furnish our new supportive housing property, ensuring residents move into spaces that feel dignified, comfortable, and truly their own. Your donation will ensure that the new tenants are provided with community room furnishings, basic living necessities, and personal items.

Your support and donations will ensure that the new tenants’ living and community spaces are comfortable, dignified, and welcoming. We invite you to help us welcome these individuals to their new homes!

If you are interested in being a part of this campaign, explore how your donation will make a big difference. To learn more about the Adopt-A-Home Campaign, visit www.2nd-story.org/3055-adoptahome.
