ABC Foster Family Agency ABC Foster Family Agency is a private, non-profit dedicated to improving the quality of life for abused, abandoned, and neglected children.

The purpose of our organization is to provide foster care to children who would not otherwise have a home. A part of our purpose is also Making Dreams Come True! Foster parents can turn tragedy into beautiful dreams for thousands of Southland babies and children. These children are all victims; victims of their mother's prenatal drug abuse, victims of physical or sexual abuse, and/or defenseless victims of the adults in their lives.
