Micah's Way Our mission is to help Orange County's impoverished with a support system that responds to immediate needs and helps develop self-sufficiency.

Micah's Way engages each person with the intent of being as comprehensive as possible in meeting their needs. Ours is a unique charity in that we deal with the issues that accompany each new case, unlike many charities that tend to have a specific focus of concern. As a result, MW often receives referrals from other charities that see value in our approach. Our plan and process are simple. Each in

dividual or family meets with a counselor who follows the procedure that has been developed over the years:

- Assessment in the form of an intake interview
- Development of a basic plan as a starting point
- Review of progress
- Change of the basic plan as needed
- Completion assessment and documentation
- Long term assistance as needed

Progress is often slow but success happens with attention to each individual's needs. The goal of life repair is supported by the individual's personal effort and the support of the volunteers at MW.
