Another great week at MacArthur! 🐯

📸 Picture Day — capturing memories that will last a lifetime!
☀️ Beat the Heat — students moved PE indoors to stay cool while keeping the fun going!
🎮 Fun Friday — students challenged Mr. Gonzales, our Principal, to Connect Four! 👀
🍔 In-N-Out Drawing — congratulations to our 5 lucky students!
🎷 Stage Band — our talented musicians were busy practicing new tunes and getting ready to entertain! 🎶
📚 Yearbook Fun — students got creative, wrapping each other up like mummies while capturing hilarious facial expressions on camera! 😂📸

From music and academics to friendly competition and plenty of laughs, it was another great week to be a Tiger! 🐯

From Program Verification to the first day of school and now the end of an incredible first week, it has been an exciting start to the school year!

Thank you to our students, staff, and families for making this first week such a great one. We are grateful for your support, patience, and positive energy as we get the year off to a strong start.

MacArthur students had the opportunity to learn from over 35 incredible presenters during our 2026 College & Career Day!

Our speakers shared not only what they do professionally, but also the journeys, challenges, decisions, and experiences that helped guide them to their careers. From college pathways and military service to trades, public service, healthcare, business, education, and beyond, our students were exposed to a wide range of possibilities for their future.

A huge thank you to all of our presenters for taking the time to invest in our students, inspire them, and remind them that success can take many different paths. Your willingness to share your stories made a lasting impact on our MacArthur family.

Thank you to our career day committee for putting together such a impactful event.

We are grateful for your support and partnership in helping prepare our students for the future.
