Our dedicated volunteers helped to plant 2,366 native shoreline plants, including maple trees, cypress trees, pickerelweed, duck potato, golden canna, soft rush, spike rush, crinum lily, and blue flag iris. 10 of the trees were even planted on the island in the middle of the lake! We also removed 11 bags of encroaching/invasive vegetation. We are so impressed with the hard work and enthusiasm of this group. These efforts will help to protect and . Seminole County FL
