Yesterday, A Shift hosted a group of retirees for breakfast at Central Fire. Our retirees get together each quarter to share in a meal, memories, and to recount their stories. Thank you A Shift for providing the meal and hosting!!

The City of Sanford invites the community to attend a 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony at Depot Park on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.

The event will mark the 25th anniversary of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks and honor the victims, first responders, recovery workers, and volunteers whose lives were forever affected.

All are welcome to attend.
