We need the public’s help identifying two young individuals responsible for theft and destructive behavior in the Broadway area.

Today, members of the Lee County Sheriff’s Office had the privilege of attending a 9/11 remembrance service at Grace Christian School.

The students and staff did an outstanding job honoring the local heroes who serve and protect our community, while remembering the sacrifices made on September 11, 2001.

It was a meaningful reminder that the events of 9/11 should never be forgotten and that the courage, sacrifice, and unity shown that day should continue to inspire us.

🇺🇸 We will never forget.

Please join us in praying for our country—that we remain united, strong, and committed to looking out for one another.

🚗Free Car Seats - Child Passenger Safety Program 🚗

Through coordination with state resources and Safe Kids Mid-Carolinas Region , Cape Fear Fire Department has received a limited number of car seats to distribute to families in need. Available seat types include convertible car seats, combination seats, and high-back booster seats.

Seats will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and matched according to the child’s height, weight, and the safety requirements of the available seats. Completing the form does not guarantee that an appropriate seat will be available.
