🇨🇿🤝🇺🇸 We are proud to recognize Utah Senate President J. Stuart Adams for his recent visit to the Czech Republic, where he represented Utah and the United States with great distinction on the international stage.

President Adams was the only sub-national leader from North America invited to speak at the prestigious GLOBSEC Conference, where he shared insights on global cooperation, innovation, and leadership.

His visit included high-level meetings with the President of the Czech Senate and the Deputy Foreign Minister, underscoring the strength of Czech–Utah relations. President Adams’ diplomatic skill and deep respect for international partnership were met with admiration from Czech leaders, affirming the meaningful ties between our communities.

🌍🇨🇿 The highest level official Czech delegation to ever visit Utah just concluded a successful 3 day visit. Led by Deputy Foreign Minister Jiří Kozák and accompanied by Consul General Amb. Jaroslav Olša, Jr., and Honorary Consul Jonathon Tichy, the delegation also included representatives from several top Czech universities.

Among other things, the delegation met with officials from The University of Utah , BYU , UVU , and leaders from The Church of Jesus Christ to discuss humanitarian aid initiatives in Ukraine and elsewhere. They also met with Salt Lake City Mayor Erin Mendenhall, Utah Senate President Stewart Adams, networked with prominent business leaders at World Trade Center Utah, and met with the local Czech community.

This visit underscores the strong relationship between Utah and the Czech Republic and resulted in specific steps toward future collaboration. Exciting news about this coming soon!
