Thank you families for joining us at our annual Integrated Arts event last night. Our recorders put on a great performance and our student projects on display were amazing. We hope that you had a wonderful visit with us!

It was a perfect afternoon for Sandown North's Memorial Day commemoration! Students and staff dressed in red, white, and blue and brought their singing voices outside around the flagpole.

Following the Pledge of Allegiance, our community honored the occasion with "The Star-Spangled Banner" and other patriotic songs such as "America the Beautiful." Highlights included a moving rendition of "One Nation" by our 4th and 5th grade chorus, concluding with a poignant performance of "Taps" by our 5th grade trumpeters.

We take this time to remember the brave heroes who gave their lives in service to our country. Thank you also to our veterans and current service members that continue to protect our country and our freedom. We honor and appreciate your service.

TRHS Big Buddy Little Buddy Day was held on Thursday, May 21st. With district 3rd Graders as guests, this program has been held annually for over 30 years. The elementary students had the opportunity to shadow their High School Big Buddies as they attend classes, followed by various games and activities together. For this year's event, 3rd Graders from Sandown North participated.

Check out our GOTR Community Impact Project at Sandown North. The girls will add some plants to the garden sometime during the first week of June - stay tuned!
