🇺🇸 Celebrating Milestones #73 & #74 🇺🇸

We are incredibly honored to celebrate two more Veterans— #73 and #74—who have now received their 100% VA Disability Ratings.
Each of these milestones represents more than a number—it’s a life impacted, a burden lifted, and a promise fulfilled to those who have sacrificed so much for our freedom.

Each milestone is carefully verified to ensure the Veteran has officially received a 100% VA Disability Rating before we share their success.

This mission is never accomplished alone. We extend our sincere gratitude to those who continue to stand in the gap for our Veterans:

👏 Brian Collum
👏 DAV Chapter 32 & Auxiliary Unit 32
👏 Peter Berryman
👏 Debra Bunch
👏 Rob Ray
👏 City of Sand Springs, Oklahoma
👏 American Legion Post 17 - Billie A Hall
👏 Witkop Foundation

Your commitment, compassion, and teamwork make moments like this possible. Because of you, Veterans are being seen, heard, and properly supported.

We’re not finished yet—there’s still more work to do. But today, we pause to celebrate these two victories and say…
Mission continues. Lives are being changed.

🇺🇸 Honoring the Fallen – Memorial Day Ceremony 🇺🇸

Today, we gathered as a community to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation. Our annual Memorial Day Ceremony was a powerful and meaningful tribute to those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

We are deeply grateful for the incredible support that made this ceremony possible. A heartfelt thank you to our entire American Legion Post 17 Family, Vets That Matter, and for your leadership, commitment, and dedication to honoring our heroes.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to the Dillion Family and Woodland Memorial Park Cemetery, the City of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, and 3 Feathers Catering for their support and contributions in making this day so special.

Because of each of you, we are able to ensure that the legacy of our fallen heroes is never forgotten.

🇺🇸 We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

🇺🇸 A Night to Remember – Welcome Home, Vietnam Veterans 🇺🇸

What an incredible and humbling evening at our Vietnam Veterans Welcome Home Dinner. After so many years, we were finally able to officially say what should have been said long ago… Welcome Home.

It was an awesome night filled with gratitude, respect, and heartfelt appreciation for the men and women who served our country during the Vietnam War.

Seeing this community come together to honor these heroes was truly special.
We want to extend a special thank you to Esther Coker for the vision and for allowing us the opportunity to host this meaningful event.

We are also deeply grateful to those who helped make the night possible:Michele Turner, Jeff Yeagley, Loi Yeagley, Jeremiah Coker, Andrew Miller, Scout Troop 507, Cynthia Halpain, and McNellie’s for generously donating the food.

To everyone who volunteered, supported, and showed up—thank you. Your efforts created a night our Vietnam Veterans will never forget.

We are honored to stand with you and proud to be part of a community that remembers, respects, and recognizes those who served.

Well this weekend has already been a long weekend. Working at Floral Haven yesterday, Military Appreciation Signing last night, Vets That Matter Breakfast, tonight we are hosting the Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Dinner (being prepared and everything taken care of by Ester Coker and her team), Church in the morning, and the Memorial Day Celebration on Monday is a lot. Wouldn’t want it any other way though. Love being able to honor and celebrate Veterans as they truly deserve it. Now time for a drink and a few minutes to relax.

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Nollie Gaines and Hunter Garrison of Charles Page High School, along with their families, for being part of the 1st Annual Letter of Intent Signing Day at the Sand Springs Veterans Center.

Your willingness to step forward and commit to serving something greater than yourself is both inspiring and commendable. This milestone represents not just a personal achievement, but a decision rooted in courage, discipline, and a desire to make a difference.

To your families, thank you for the unwavering support, encouragement, and sacrifices you have made along the way. Behind every strong young leader is a foundation of love and guidance, and it was evident throughout this special event.

We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to the American Legion Family, Vets That Matter, and The Witkop Foundation for their support in making this opportunity possible. Your commitment to investing in the next generation of leaders and service members continues to have a lasting impact on our community.

It was truly an honor to celebrate this important moment together. We are incredibly proud of Nollie and Hunter and look forward to seeing the difference they will make in the future.

May this be just the beginning of a journey marked by purpose, honor, and success.
