Miss Addie, Ms. Hays, and Mrs. McKinney were the recipients of our final Staff Spotlight award of the year!

These three ladies were selected by their peers for exhibiting the trait of Perseverance. Each day, these women come to school with smiles on their faces, ready to greet our students with love and to work hard to help them succeed. We are thankful that each of them is part of Team Angus- we couldn't do it without you!

Special Note: A very special congratulations to Ms. Hays, whose beautiful baby was born this week! This photo was taken at the beginning of the month, and it sure takes some perseverance to make it through the end of the school year while pregnant!

Our final Student of the Month recognition goes to our 5th grade recipients of the Spirit Award: Brinley M. and Atticus H.!!

The Spirit Award is the culmination of each character trait we recognize each month. These students were selected by Angus staff members for exhibiting admirable character in everything they do. We are so proud of these students, and we know they will do amazing things in middle school and beyond!

We finally recognized our second April Student of the Month last week at our 5th grade promotion ceremony!

Congratulations to Liam P. for earning Student of the Month for PERSEVERANCE! Liam has faced unexpected challenges with positivity and responsibility. We are so proud of the growth he made this year at Angus. He was new to us this year, but he quickly proved his character to our staff and his peers! Liam, we are so proud of you and wish you the best of luck in middle school!
