🇺🇸 September 11, 2001 — Never Forget.

25 years later, the fire service still remembers the firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice that day.

They answered the call, climbed the stairs, and ran toward the danger — knowing they might never come home. They left behind families, friends, brothers and sisters in the fire service, and a legacy of courage that will never be forgotten.

Today, we remember their names.
We remember their sacrifice.
We remember the brotherhood.
And we remember why we answer the call.

From all of us at Shawnee Volunteer Fire Company — we honor every first responder who gave everything on September 11th.
