San Pedro Landslide

Anyone have a new info regarding the landslide and any further ground movement? I always notice, what appear to be, changes along Paseo Del Mar, and even a few cracks that look bigger... wondering how closely the cliffs are being monitored? Thanks for any input!

Did anyone feel more "rumblings" at about 1:00 pm today, 11/22/11? It was just like a few mornings ago, last week before the landslide. Many residents in various areas of San Pedro felt it, and one resident stated that she heard popping noises afterward, indicating dynamite? Does anyone know about this, and are officials required to tell residents of San Pedro, if they are blasting any of the cliff rock, with dynamite?

A 600-foot section of a bluff-top roadway in San Pedro collapsed into the Pacific Ocean following heavy weekend rains, instantly carving a sheer, gaping canyon into the shoreline.
