La ciudad de Pablo está colaborando con Terocons Inc. en la primera fase de mejoras de San Pablo Dam Road entre la I-80 y San Pablo Avenue. 👷‍♀️🚧

Las obras de reparación de las aceras y las zonas de la mediana comenzaron el 8 de junio y está previsto que finalicen a finales del verano. El horario de trabajo es de lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a.m. a 4:30 p.m.

Los trabajos en curso afectarán el tráfico y el acceso a las aceras y las calles debido al cierre temporal de carriles; sin embargo, ¡todos los negocios permanecerán abiertos! Las empresas y los residentes pueden experimentar ruido intermitente, polvo y pequeños retrasos.

Por favor, tenga en cuenta que pueden producirse retrasos durante su trayecto si utiliza esta carretera y respete todas las señales de seguridad y los desvíos por su seguridad y la de los trabajadores. 👷🏽‍♀️⚠️

The City of Pablo is working with Terocons Inc. on the first phase of improvements of San Pablo Dam Rd between I-80 and San Pablo Ave. 🚧👷‍♀️

Construction work repairing the sidewalk and median areas started June 8th and is scheduled to be complete by the end of summer. Construction hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.

Work being conducted will impact traffic and access to both the sidewalks and roadways because of temporary lanes closures - but all businesses will remain open! Businesses and residents may experience intermittent noise, dust and minor delays.
Please make sure to allow for delays during your commute if you utilize this road and obey all safety signs and detours for your safety and the safety of the workers. ⚠️👷‍♀️

While the City has already expanded tenant protections to provide more immediate support, this next phase is focused on building a thoughtful, long-term solution. We’re working closely with housing providers and tenant advocates to create a fair, local program that protects residents and respects the long-term investments of property owners.

Did you know that while San Pablo's total sales tax is 9.5%, one of the lowest among West Contra Costa cities, and the City only keeps 1.75¢ of every $1 you spend?

That 1.75¢ stays local to fund essential services such as 911 emergency response, street maintenance, and youth programs. However, a portion of this local funding (Measure S) will decrease in October 2027, reducing City revenues by $1 million annually.

🎓 San Pablo Youth Scholarship Program: Nearly 400 have been awarded.

🚓New Police Department Headquarters & Regional Training Center: the largest capital project in the City’s 75-year history to promote public safety, training and to enhance economic and housing investments in our City.

🛣️ Rumrill Blvd. Corridor street improvements: A nearly $22 million infrastructure and street improvement investment.

💻City Public Fiber Project to enhance broadband: A $1 million technology infrastructure investment designed to enhance broadband connectivity.
