Retirement Announcement: Ulysses Guadamuz

Ulysses Guadamuz will retire following his final day watch on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.

A retirement gathering was held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at the Canada Campus, attended by Captains, Lieutenants, Sergeants, and Canada College staff. College President Kim Lopez thanked Mr. Guadamuz for his dedicated service, and colleagues shared fond memories. Facility Operations Chief Michele Rudovsky also offered remarks, followed by light refreshments.

We extend our best wishes to Badge #1 (Paul-1) and look forward to hearing about his future travels. Happy retirement!

California Congressman Kevin Mullin – with the US House of Representatives – 15th California Congressional District, attended the Northern California Championships at CSM and saw the CSM Bulldogs win 38 to 7 against Modesto Junior College on Saturday, December 6th 2025. An active supporter of our district, Congressman Mullin is pictured with DPS Officer Ivane Jividze and he spoke with several of our DPS Officers. This is the 4th year that the Bulldogs have won their division championships and CSM now advances to Southern California for the State Championship! Thanks for your support!

Special delivery! Sergeant Yoch and Officer Jividze dropped off some toys today at the Veterans Center. The toys were donated to the Marine’s Toys for Tots program. Toys for Tots distributes toys to families in need during the holiday season. Happy Holidays from Public Safety!
