Library, more schools, and recreational activities are all things absent from the east side of I-35 because the city is worried about the students of Texas State and citizens with more money on the west side of I 35. Flooding is just one of the many issues that have negatively affected this side of town. Profit drives the city government to make decisions without real representation of our citizens on this side of town.
