📬 Update on Mail Delivery at Paso Homekey

At completion of renovations of Paso Homekey, HASLO learned that the U.S. Postal Service is unable to deliver mail directly to the 60 individual units at Paso Homekey. For a period of time, HASLO staff stepped in to receive, sort, and deliver tenant mail to ensure no one missed important correspondence. However, this temporary solution presented significant concerns related to security, liability, and the timely delivery of mail.

To protect our residents and ensure a secure, reliable process, HASLO is discontinuing internal mail handling. All residents have been provided with clear instructions for obtaining a Post Office Box or enrolling in General Delivery through USPS. HASLO is also offering assistance to help residents obtain a PO Box, if needed.

We understand that some tenants have limited mobility or face transportation challenges. Our Supportive Services team, located on-site, will continue to assist by:
Transporting tenants twice a week to access their mail, and
Helping residents apply for PO Boxes and manage mail-related needs.

HASLO remains committed to supporting all of our residents at Paso Homekey. We are working with USPS to resolve this issue and have onsite mail delivery for our tenants. Our priority is to ensure every tenant continues to receive their mail safely, securely, and without interruption.
