Dear District 33 Toastmasters friends:

There was a memorial service for Jamie Williams today. Jamie was Steve Williams’ lovely wife who passed away much too soon recently. Steve is a member and an officer of Santa Maria Toastmasters. I served as a Club Coach for SMT last year and got to know Steve better and had the privilege of meeting Jamie. She was a lovely soul.

Visit SLO Motion Toastmasters Open House

Hybrid meeting. In-person location: CalTrans “Sand” Conference room, 2885 South Higuera Street, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401

1. Arrive between 11:45am – 12:00pm.
2. As you approach the destination, turn into and proceed up the steep driveway.
3. Find parking in the first lot you see to the left. (If, on the rare occasion, there are no spots, then drive farther up the driveway to the larger top lot to park.)
4. Enter the building through the main door located on the first lot. (the doors at the top lot is only for employee access.)
5. You may need to ring a doorbell and wait to be let in by the security personnel.
6. Say you’re here for Toastmaster, sign-in on the clipboard and enter the Sand Conference room (largest one), which directly faces the main entrance.
