Behind our county's beautiful backdrop, these numbers tell a story of systemic gaps in pay, care, housing, and health. This data from our 2024 "What Do Women Need?" report shows why our mission is so critical.

We believe in a community where:

✅ Childcare is accessible & affordable.
✅ Housing is stable.
✅ Our girls grow up supported & mentally well.
