National Women's Political Caucus of Silicon Valley Founded in 1971, the NWPC prides itself in increasing the number of pro-choice women elected and appointed into office every year.

National Women’s Political Caucus, founded by Shirley Chisholm, Gloria Steinem, Bella Abzug etc, is a grassroots,multipartisan, membership organization dedicated to recruiting, training, & electing women into political office and in leadership roles. The National Women’s Political Caucus is a multi-partisan, multi-cultural grassroots organization dedicated to increasing women’s participation in the political process and creating a political power base designed to achieve equality for all women. Through recruiting, training and financial donations, the NWPC provides support to women candidates running for office at all levels regardless of political affiliation. State and local chapters reach out to women in communities across the country to better assist them achieve their dreams of being elected into office.

National Women's Political Caucus of Silicon Valley is screening “No Country for Mothers,” a documentary about motherhood in America today.

Please join us at the Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts followed by a panel conversation about women’s equality, public policy, and what it will take to better support mothers and families.
