The purpose of the ESJD is to promote and influence the aims of the East San José community within the Democratic Party; to promote leadership in political activities for East San José residents; to educate the East San José community on the political process and the issues of importance to the East San José community and the Democratic Party; to assist in the selection and election of East San Jo

The East San Jose Democrats would like to welcome Minh Pham to our board. At our June meeting, Minh was elected Secretary. He comes to us as a former aide to the past two East San Jose Assembly Members, Joe Coto and Nora Campos. Furthermore, Minh has worked on many campaigns for local and state candidates. Currently serving on the Advisory Committee of the Open Space Authority, he successfully assisted in securing grant funds to George Middle School. During the day, Minh is a guidance counselor at Cal State East Bay. The East San Jose Dems are happy to have him on board to help with our community outreach efforts!
