Learn about proposed land use and development applications.
The project proposes changes to the General Plan and zoning designation, as well as the construction of a water well with a submersible pump and associated piping. The project also includes the demolition of an existing duplex and replacement of approximately 177 linear feet of fencing with a new eight-foot-tall fence on an approximately 0.18-acre site.

- Collect comments, concerns, and questions as part of the public record
- Use community feedback to help inform the project as it moves forward in the review process

Our Director Chris Burton and Senior Public Info Rep Vivian Truong were two of the dozens of employees who worked in the Emergency Operations Center to keep everyone safe!
