The office of Emergency Management (OEM) is a government organization in the County of Santa Clara under the umbrella of the County Executive Office. Our mission is to safeguard lives, property, and the environment through strategic coordination of cross‐functional operations during preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation phases of emergency management. resilience. OEM facilitates the coordination with our Operational Area Partners to provide community members with the resources they need in an emergency or disaster.
