The San Jose State University's Transportation Solutions (TS), which functions under the auxiliary organization Associated Students, is a transportation demand management program. TS is dedicated to serving the commute needs of the students and employees at SJSU. TS offers incentives for using alternative transportation, as well as providing commute information and services to the SJSU community.

The Clipper BayPass has officially launched!

Associated Students SJSU will participate in a 2-year pilot program run by the Metropolitan Transportation Commission & BART!

As part of the program, about a quarter of the students population enrolled for Fall will be randomly selected to receive a Clipper BayPass! This pass will allow enrolled students free travel access to all 24 Bay Area transit operator that accept the Clipper card, including VTA, AC Transit, BART, and Caltrain! The BayPass can be used for commuting or to explore leisurely in and around the Bay Area!

This is the first step to creating a seamless Bay Area Transit system!

Selected participants will receive an email from AS Transportation Solutions to their preferred email on the MySJSU account by august 15th!
