Shirakawa FRC Shirakawa FRC offers support to families of all income levels and legal status in locating and using services within their community.

FIRST 5 has Family Resource Centers (FRCs) throughout Santa Clara County that support the healthy development of children prenatal through age 5 and enrich the lives of their families and communities. Our services promote the importance of school readiness through family engagement, early education, wellness and community leadership and advocacy programs. Our team speaks English, Spanish, and Vietnamese!
