咏康苑 Wynk's Corporation Santa Clarita ADHC A Caring and Warm Haven for Your Loved One Santa Clarita Adult Day Health Care is a non-profit organization serving the seniors and people with disadvantage.

Programs and Services
Our program provides health, therapeutic, and other social services to the frail elderly and other physically or mentally impaired adults 18 years or older. We provide services to:
-Adults with physical/cognitive impairments
-Stroke and/or traumatic brain injury patients
-The elderly, including those with Alzheimer's and other dementia
-Other adults requiring therapeutic acti

vities, nursing observation/supervision or socialization

Staff
Our state-licensed staff includes Registered Nurses, Physical, Occupational and speech Therapists, Registered Dietitians, and Pharmacists, Social Workers and Recreational Therapists. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years of age or older and have a medical condition requiring treatment or rehabilitative services ordered by a physician, or suffer from chronic health issues affecting their ability to perform normal daily activities. Program Fee
We accept Medi-Cal Managed Care Plans (HealthNet, LA Care, Care 1st, Anthem Blue Cross, Kaiser and Molina Healthcare) and private pay. Call or email us for details. Service Area

Our center provides transportation for surrounding areas. Access services is also available for eligible riders. Languages
