We are already more than 30% toward our $10,000 goal, and it is only May 8. Thank you to everyone who has helped us start strong.

Our goal is to raise $10,000 by May 31 to help provide urgent legal support for older adults and adults with disabilities facing housing instability, loss of benefits, healthcare barriers, financial exploitation, elder abuse, and other crises that can threaten their safety and independence.

May is Older Americans Month, a time to celebrate the strength, dignity, and contributions of older adults, and to recommit to the support they need to age safely and independently.

At Legal Assistance to the Elderly (LAE), we protect and advance the rights of San Francisco’s seniors and adults with disabilities so they can remain housed, healthy, financially stable, and safe.
