55 Laguna is an urban infill project located at the former UC Extension campus on the blocks bounded by Laguna, Hermann, Haight and Buchanan. Wood Partners is leasing most of the site from UC and has started construction on new market rate rental units. Openhouse and Mercy Housing California have separately leased the southeast quadrant of the site from UC and will build senior affordable housing
