CCSC's Families In Transition Program Families In Transition Program has provided academic and social support for new Asian immigrant youths and their families for over 18 years.

FIT takes a holistic approach to the issues of cultural adjustment, juvenile delinquency and prevention , and academic success through tutoring, counseling, peer mentoring, workshops, volunteer opportunities, recreational activities, field-trips, conflict resolution, and cross cultural activities.
