đź’ś Show City Leaders Why the Dignity Fund Matters

Dignity Fund programs make a difference every day—helping older adults and people with disabilities stay connected, supported, healthy, and independent. We want to make sure City leaders hear what that impact looks like in real life.

If you receive Dignity Fund services or work for an organization that provides them, share your experience with us. A story, photo, or quote can help demonstrate why these programs are so important to San Francisco communities.
