Youth Speak Collective is a youth-driven non-profit organization dedicated to building a community where youth are confident, committed, and engaged. We provide students throughout the Northeast San Fernando Valley with creative, high-quality programs that channel their intellect and talent, build their academic skills, and strengthen their investment in their own communities. Youth Speak’s missio

n is to empower youth and their families with the skills necessary to pursue higher education and create strong communities. The organization’s name stems from its commitment to providing youth with the opportunity to ‘speak’ – to be vocal and empowered.

Congrats! Thanks for your leadership!

It's back-to-school time! And we couldn't be more excited for the hundreds of students participating in Level Up, SoCal CAN's college success program. Over the next several weeks, these students will be landing on 55 college campuses. Among them, are the five extraordinary college students who served as interns with SoCal CAN this summer. Their hard work, brilliant ideas, and infectious laughter will be sorely missed in the office. Thank you, Kimberly Fabian (Member Services Intern), Petrona Garcia (Level Up Intern), Yareli Rojas (Project SOAR Intern), Vanessa Martinez (Student Advocacy Intern), and Omar Gomez (Graphic Design and Social Media Intern) for spending the summer with us!
