🏘️44 new affordable homes are coming soon to Navajo Road in San Carlos!

Community HousingWorks, elected officials and others celebrated the groundbreaking of Navajo Family Apartments, which will be affordable to households earning 30% to 70% of the area median income. Eight of the homes will include supportive services reserved for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

The development is supported by the City’s Bridge to Home program, which helps developers close financing gaps to make their projects a reality.
