Standing together for public safety professionals.

SDCPOA VP Limon joined PORAC and California Professional Firefighters in urging Governor Newsom to SIGN AB 1383.

AB 1383 would give bargaining units representing PEPRA public safety employees the ability to negotiate improved pension benefits—including a safety formula of up to 3% at age 55.

AB1383 has passed both the California Senate and Assembly. Now, it’s on the Governor’s desk along with thousands of support letters from local county and city representatives through the state who support our first responders, urging him to sign this bill.
