Remembering the Ultimate Sacrifice
Last Saturday, AMR San Diego was honored to participate in the annual 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb in San Diego, joining first responders, healthcare professionals, and community members to remember the heroes who answered the call on September 11, 2001.
We would like to remind everyone that the Stair Climb is not a competition but a day to honor and remember the brave men and women who selflessly responded that day. Every step climbed represents a tribute to their courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to serving others.
AMR was proud to have a dedicated team of climbers participate in the event and to host a CPR education tent where the community could learn hands-only CPR and other lifesaving skills. What made the day even more special was that, even after completing the climb, several of our team members continued serving the community by returning to the tent and helping educate the attendees about CPR. Their dedication reflected the true spirit of the event: service, remembrance, and giving back.
Thank you to everyone who climbed, learned, volunteered, and supported this meaningful event. Together, we honored those who answered the call 25 years ago.
