USD Law Appellate Moot Court The University of San Diego School of Law Appellate Moot Court Board

The University of San Diego School of Law's Appellate Moot Court Board consists of second and third year students who participate in both intramural and national Moot Court tournaments. The members write mock appellate briefs and participate in mock appellate arguments, in order to strengthen their legal writing and research skills, as well as their oral advocacy abilities. The Board also hosts th

ree tournaments each year, two of which are intramural, and one of which invites schools from across the country to compete in San Diego. Contacts:

Another tournament in the books, as the Moot Court board hosted teams from over 30 schools from around the country to compete in the annual National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Tournament. A big congratulations to all of the teams that took home trophies! We hope you enjoyed competing on our campus, and got to enjoy the San Diego weather! To all of the attorneys who helped judge this tournament, we sincerely appreciated your time, and we hope to see you at the next one!
