Friend -- The Sexually Violent Predator at the center of this firestorm controversy is Douglas Badger and San Diego county officials propose his placement be in the family-community of The Greens. The exact address proposed for placement is 17836 Frondoso Drive, San Diego, CA 92128.

Badger is not just any s*x offender – he is classified as a Sexually Violent Predator which is the worst classification in the criminal justice system. Badger's victims have been both male and female – and he has shown a proclivity for targeting youth.

I am urging all concerned residents of Rancho Bernardo to provide public comment to the Sheriff’s Office immediately to oppose the placement of this Sexually Violent Predator in our community.

Starting Sept 30 and through Oct 14, members of the public are asked to voice their opposition to the placement by emailing [email protected].

Do NOT send your email prior to Sept 30 or it will not count!
