So I’m at the office today recruiting wonderful Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices realtors to join our nonprofit, The Charitable Foundation community, to help make a difference in San Diego county. We donate, we volunteer, we spread the word to help our local charities thrive.
Shana Weisman was our first recruit today, we’re so excited to have her on board, Joan Reznick Schultz got a hug for continuing to support the good work and Alex Bloom has also joined our community and shared some of the charity work she is already doing….
These guys all have big hearts and I’m proud to work along side them.

Happy Veterans Day! Thank you all for your service!

The San Diego chapter had a wonderful time supporting STEP (Support The Enlisted Project), Helping Military Families Every Day. Our San Diego offices did a food drive and we were able to tour the facility while dropping off the items. Thank you so much to everyone who helped! Yesterday was a good day!

That's a big check! 😀 Thank you to our donors, sponsors, and members of our Charitable Foundation for donating to Semper Fi & America's Fund at our annual Thanks for Giving event. This donation will be matched by the Fund.

I am so thrilled by the phenomenal work our agents were able to accomplish in our local communities through The Charitable Foundation in 2021! In addition to hosting events to raise funds, our agents can elect to give a percentage of each commission check directly to The Charitable Foundation. The Charitable Foundation is a non-profit 501 (c)3 comprised of agents from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. It is proof that when people care, they have the ability to make neighborhoods throughout Southern California stronger and more vibrant. With Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties covering the foundation's administrative costs, virtually all of the donations go to local charities, and events are often fully underwritten by sponsors.

The mission of The Charitable Foundation: Recognizing that real estate agents are deeply connected to the communities in which they live and work, The Charitable Foundation gives back at the local level. The group raises funds and volunteers to make a difference in four key areas: • Community outreach and support • Education and development • Health and awareness • The environment and preservation

The Foundation has chapters in San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara counties. Their impact can be seen in the hundreds of lives touched, and the many communities their members are proud to call home. Each chapter donates to its own community.
