Position Overview:
We’re seeking a driven, personable, and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. You’ll help customers select the perfect spa, educate them on product benefits, and manage the sales process from lead to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the showroom

Match clients with the right hot tub or swim spa based on their needs

Explain product features, warranties, maintenance, and financing options

Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email

Prepare and manage quotes, invoices, and sales documentation

Coordinate with delivery and service teams

Maintain a clean and organized showroom

Qualifications:

Proven commission sales experience with a strong track record of success

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven

Experience in retail, automotive, luxury, or home improvement sales preferred

Availability to work weekends (our busiest days)
