Leyendo en Casa – Free Virtual Reading Workshop
Thursday, September 17, 2026 | 5:00–6:00 p.m. (according to your time zone)
This virtual Zoom workshop is for Latino parents and caregivers and will feature short videos with well-known presenter Gaby Rivero, along with opportunities for parents to connect and share ideas about encouraging a love of reading at home.
Participants who register and attend the workshop will receive a free book.

Free Intensive Virtual English Classes for Parents
The Fall semester begins on Tuesday, October 13th; classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 am - 12 pm PST.
(The Flyer is evergreen, so it's meant for families to register anytime to get info about the upcoming series.)
These free virtual English classes are for mothers, fathers, and caregivers of children ages 0–10. The classes are designed to help parents build their English skills so they can better support their children as they prepare for school.
The program includes:
· 6 hours of English instruction per week
· Small-group classes and individual conversation practice
· Discussions about child development and family health
· Connections to social support and resources
· Free books for families
