Here’s the story of a teacher named Kady
Who was teaching up middle school math.
All the students struggled with iReady like their parents, 
But Kady taught them well.

It’s the story, of a teacher named Michelle Harris
Who was busy with a 1st grade class of her own,
They were rowdy, coming back from summer,
But they were eager to learn.

Till the one day when the teachers joined the PTA

And they knew it was much more than a hunch,

That this group would somehow support all the teachers.

That’s the way we all became the PTA Bunch.

We are so grateful for Grant parents and community members —Kara Greenwell and IVA - Impact Visual Arts — for donating their time, talents, and resources and helping us brighten up our school while we go through our renovations.

Elementary back to school night is Thursday, August 20!* It's time for parents to meet the teachers and learn about the school year. Teachers will repeat the same information at both session one and session 2, so please attend either session.

⏰ 4:30 p.m. | ELAC Night for MLL Parents (English Learner Advisory Committee Night for Multilingual Learner Parents) | Auditorium

🦎 Thursday (today) is our first all school minimum day.
🦎 Middle School Back to school night is also Thursday!
🦎 There’s a special all school minimum day Friday.

Parents! Join us in the auditorium on Monday after drop off for Muffins with Meng!* Principal Meng will be there for a brief meet and greet before we all jump back into our school year routines.

Remember that gates open at 7:35 on both campuses.

*Don’t be upset if it’s coffee and donuts. Muffins with Meng just has a good flow. 🤌
