School starts on August 29th at 7:40 (first bell at 7:35).

New student orientations are taking place on Friday, August 26th.
10:00 - Kindergarten
11:00 - UTK
1:00 - New students from 1st-5th

Class assignments will be posted on Friday around 5pm. There will also be an Ice Cream Social sponsored by our Foundation at that same time.

This FB page is not our main form of communication. We have a private group for our families and Konstella for Foundation news.

In addition to our online auction at Bidding Owl, don't forget to come to our Fair this Friday, May 31st at 5pm. We will have additional baskets to bid on during the fair, as well as games to play and prizes to win. Come join the fun. (see our events announcement)

Among the many themed baskets (such as Slime, Movie Night, Ice Cream, and more) I am donating one of my crochet projects for the on-site auction.

Another Science Field Day over! I want to congratulate our team for working ON THEIR OWN without significant coaching. There is a HUGE number of schools that win every year, their names are called over and over - because they have a large force of parental volunteers who spend a lot of time training them. These same teams will email the coaches to point out flaws in the event and question scores. 🤨🤪

I stress to Vista Grande students that the point is that they have fun being involved in science activities.

That being said, we had 26 total events we sent students to compete in and had 46% of our team get something. That is OUTSTANDING results!!

Please consider participating in Vista Grande's silent auction. We will be hosting the auction during our Fair on May 31st, but we also have the higher ticket items available online at the auction site, BiddingOwl. Bidding opens on May 27th, but you can go ahead and check out what has been posted so far.

All proceeds from the fair and auctions will go back into our Foundation and will be used to support our students. The Foundation makes things like music, art, science and engineering, garden club, and more. Please check it out.
