While the environment was full of laughter and teamwork, the events themselves are a powerful demonstration of our commitment to warfighter survivability. 🎉 Welcome to the new PARC at NMCSD! 🏥

Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) is proud to announce the grand opening of our newly established Patient Advocacy and Resource Center (PARC), 9 June.

In direct support of the Defense Health Agency’s Line of Effort 4—delivering the healthcare enterprise our beneficiaries deserve—the PARC serves as a central hub designed to modernize patient advocacy and fortify warfighter readiness.

By consolidating patient advocates, beneficiary counseling, and referral navigation experts into one accessible location, we are eliminating administrative friction. Our goal is simple: ensure that our active-duty service members and their families spend less time managing healthcare logistics and more time focused on their mission and well-being.

The PARC isn't just an office; it's a proactive partner in your healthcare journey. We are here to ensure you feel heard, respected, and supported from the moment you walk through our doors.

Thank you to everyone who helped bring this vision to life!
