Yesterday in class was such a great experience! Sherman Cocina learned how to work with *masa madre* (sourdough starter) and even got to take it home to continue the process and see the results firsthand.

A big thank you to Chef Aureny for always sharing your knowledge and passion—you truly are a master of your craft, and we’re lucky to learn from you!
