⛳ What an amazing day at the Charity Golf Challenge! VVSD was honored to be the beneficiary of this sold-out event hosted by the American Golf Foundation and Lomas Santa Fe Executive Golf Course. We had beautiful weather, coffee and donuts, lunch, and an exciting raffle with prize packages valued at more than $1,500, it was a fantastic day in support of our Veterans.

A special thank you to our incredible volunteers, including the San Diego Padres Volunteer Group and Patriot Pathway Club, as well as Orangetheory Fitness and StretchLab for helping make the day even more enjoyable for participants.

We are grateful to everyone who played, volunteered, donated, and supported this event. Your generosity helps us continue serving Veterans in need.💙

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported our Annual Clothing Drive last Friday! Because of the incredible generosity of our community, we collected a tremendous amount of clothing that will help stock the Clothing Tent at Stand Down 2026.

These donations will provide unhoused and at-risk veterans with essential clothing and warm items as they access critical resources and services during our 38th Annual Stand Down event.

We are also deeply grateful to our dedicated volunteers who gave their time and energy to collect, sort, and organize donations. Your commitment makes a meaningful difference in the lives of the Veterans we serve.❤️
