Don't miss the Winter Concert tomorrow, December 18th in Room 1103!

Enjoy sounds of the season and join us at Hoover. Band and orchestra will have their winter performance this Wednesday, 12/18 in room 1103. Downbeat is at 5pm. Jazz band, concert band, P4 orchestra, and chamber orchestra will perform as well.

November was busy for Hoover Music! Homecoming visits from our alumni, Nov 6 enjoyed our performance so much they brought pizza to drumline and strings on campus, November 14 hosted their 30th anniversary & Nov 18 jazz attended SDSU Big Band & SDSU Jazz Band!

Hello everyone!
Tomorrow we will be having our First Concert of the Year!
The Winter Concert!
The Concert will take place at Hoover High Schools' Auditorium! @ 6:30PM! Admission is $2! We will also be taking donations!
This concert will include the following performances:
Jazz Band, Advance Choir, Intermediate Choir, Orchestra,Symphonic Band, and Wind Ensemble!
Symphonic Band are to wear Black Dress Shirts, Black Pants,Black Socks and Black shoes!
Wind Ensemble are to wear Black Dress Shirts,Black Pants,Black Socks, and Black Shoes!
If you are not wearing what is specified above YOU WILL BE SENT HOME!
After School we will be having a Potluck! Bring what you where told to bring tomorrow! You can drop it off in the Band Room!
Also, Wind Ensemble don't forget to bring your presents for Secret Santa!
Call Time is at 5:30!

Hey Bandos!!
Tomorrow is a very important day for Hoover!
For the first time in 85 years,The Football Team are in the CIF!
There will be a game tomorrow at Noon @ Southwestern College!
We will playing at this game!!!!!
Pep Band Attire! Band Polo shirt,black pants(NO JEANS, PREFERABLY SLACKS!), black socks and black shoes!
Drumline are to wear their black shirts w/ one sleeve cut off, black pants, black socks and black shoes! Also bring your assigned hats and don't forget your sticks!!!
If you are not in the attire that is specified above YOU WILL BE SENT HOME!
CALL TIME IS 9:30AM!

Hey Band Folks!
This Friday is going to be a busy day!
We are going to be selling Hot Cheetos with Cheese at the Food Fair! Please come and support the BAND!
Also after school we will be having a Potluck with 1st and 2nd Period Band and also the Jazz Band. Each section of each class will be assigned something to bring(will be assigned during class)!
AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF...
There will be a game at 6:30 so call time is 5:30!
Most of you will be at school since we're having the Potluck!

Apologies for the late notice but our rehearsal tomorrow at 1:45pm tomorrow has been rescheduled for 3:30 pm at Wilson Middle School. We will talk about it tomorrow in class. For those of you who need some extra credit...this is a perfect opportunity to get it :)
