Scorpions, as I said today at our impromptu quarters: we are now at HPCON bravo!

So, what does this mean? This means that restrictions that are placed on us that we have been abiding by these last 10 months are somewhat lifted. You can go out to dinner with your families, you can have a drink at the bar, you can go to a public beach. The bottom line, is that you still follow state and local guidelines and you are still required to mask up when you are within 6 feet of another person outside the fence and wear a mask at all times when you are on federal property.

Our leave and liberty policy is not changing yet. I will post the secretary of the Navy’s memo regarding this shift and what that means for people who are vaccinated and those who are not vaccinated.

This is not the end of this fight with the viru, so do not let up the precautions that you take. Be vigilant at all times while you  enjoy getting some of our freedom back outside the fence.

Also, keep in mind that we are over 500 days of alcohol incident free. That dates back to pre-Covid.

Keep what you earned! 

Be safe, Have a plan, and enjoy your weekend, you have earned it.
